The team at Texas Disposal Systems manages relationships and provides marketing support for more than 15 different business lines. Their leadership team needed knowledgeable partners to help them segment their audiences and ensure they were getting the right messages to the right people to progress them through the buying process.
Strategy
We worked with TDS to audit their existing content and marketing strategy and to find additional opportunities for them to reach desired audiences, grow their pool of leads and communicate effectively with them about their painpoints and solutions.
Strategic guidance has become the foundation of our partnership with the TDS team. Regular planning sessions with the marketing leadership team ensure they have the strategic resources and support for product marketing, content planning, sales integration and internal communications. The outside expertise and feedback ensures they have the toolset in place to confidently initiate projects and achieve department goals
B2B Brand Identity
We worked with the TDS team to define and implement a B2B marketing strategy. Starting with a thorough brand audit, we supported the development of a B2B-focused messaging architecture.
We then used a combination of data and tabletop discussions to build customer personas that defined the types of audiences they needed to reach with their B2B marketing efforts and the types of messaging and communication most likely to spur them to action.
We continue to work with the marketing team to build and implement a targeted awareness strategy that increases visibility for their many business-oriented offerings and product lines.

Based on the strategic planning work we completed together, the TDS team wanted our help to invest more thought and greater resources into their B2B marketing approach. We helped TDS to address define and address their consume segments, to create a messaging architecture that addressed business customers’ needs and developed new programs for increasing engagement and visibility in their B2B social strategy.
Marketing Ops
Our team supported TDS as they worked to integrate their tech stack and create a more omnichannel marketing experience. We ensured they were able to make the most of their marketing efforts by developing a lead scoring program, supporting enhancements to their email marketing and building a data-driven program and implementing project management tools to streamline resource management.
We consider the Phlox Partners team to be an extension of our own marketing department. Their support is invaluable to our efforts, and we rely on them for both strategic guidance and skillful execution.
